Refund & Returns Policy

At Travel Swan, we strive to provide high-quality travel equipment to make your journeys easier and more enjoyable. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return and refund process as smooth as possible. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand how you can return products and receive refunds.

Return Conditions

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, may not be eligible for return.
  2. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, contact our customer support team at contact@travelswan.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as when items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@travelswan.com.

Exchanges

  1. Exchanging Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@travelswan.com and send your item to: Badaro, Sami AL Soloh St. Pacmac building, ground floor.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Custom Products: Any custom-made or personalized items.
  2. Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  3. Health and Personal Care Items: Including but not limited to certain hygiene products.
